The process begins with a review of your wedding mood board, discussing the venue, time of year, and overall aesthetic. From there, Olivia delves into your wardrobe vision board, identifying key inspirations and preferences to understand your personal style deeply. With this foundation, Olivia uses her expertise to elevate and curate the perfect looks for your wedding. Whether designing custom outfits, curating bridesmaid collections, or sourcing unique vintage pieces, she works with you to craft a wardrobe that reflects your individuality and leaves a lasting impression on your special day.

The Curated Bride

This full-service experience is designed for the bride who’s looking for Fashion moments—with a capital F. Olivia works with you to build a wardrobe that feels directional, editorial, and deeply personal.

    • Wedding gown & accessory sourcing (plus in-person appointment support)

    • Styling for up to 5 total event looks

    • Bridesmaid party styling

    • Vintage sourcing

    • Bi-weekly 30-minute Zoom calls (pre-scheduled)

    • Email and text communication

    • In-person shopping (as available)

    • Access to exclusive designer consignment try-ons

    An 8-month lead time is required.

  • Starts at $9,500 (excluding Olivia’s travel)

  • Day-of Styling Support (2 days): $2,500

    Assistant Support: $200/day

The Feature Bride

This elevated experience is designed for clients seeking press-worthy styling and publication support. Whether you’re dreaming of a Vogue Weddings feature or looking to align your wedding with key brand partnerships, this package brings your vision to life—and into the spotlight.

  • Includes everything in The Curated Bride package, plus:

    • PR-style pitch strategy for wedding media

    • Custom publication proposal

    • Brand and designer outreach for potential collaborations

    • Styling direction with visual storytelling in mind Ideal for the bride whose wedding is not only a celebration—but a story worth telling.

    Please note: While publication cannot be guaranteed, we’ll thoughtfully position your wedding to maximize its editorial potential.

A La Carte Styling

Best suited for virtual clients focused on ready-to-wear options. A minimum of 2 full looks and a 4-month lead time is required. Each look includes two rounds of outfit sourcing and two rounds of accessory sourcing. Additional rounds may be added for $250 per round.

  • Includes sourcing for one complete look and accessories (rehearsal dinner, welcome party, after-party, wedding guest etc.).

  • Full gown and accessory sourcing, appointment scheduling, and up to 2 days of in-person appointments (based on availability and subject to travel costs).

  • Available only when a dress has already been selected.

  • Up to 10 bridesmaids styled. Bridesmaids handle their own purchases and fittings.

  • Tailored sourcing of vintage or archival fashion for any event.

  • Includes dressing the bride and managing all style-related needs throughout the day. From steaming garments to prepping accessories, coordinating with your photographer, and solving last-minute emergencies, Olivia ensures everything looks and feels seamless.
